We hope you love your stuff from WildPaw. If for some reason you need to return something - we're standing by to help!
Purchases from Wildpaw.com
For items purchased directly from Wildpaw, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We only ask that you make sure it's unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@snugglepuppy.com and someone on our customer support team will get you started.
It's unusual, but if you do run into any issues with a damaged or defective item, or you receive the wrong item, please contact as and we'll make sure to get it handled promptly.
Unless it's our error, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. We don't refund original shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, once we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll receive an email from us when a refund is issued. It can take several days for the amount to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
Exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address once the original item is received by our warehouse.
Purchases from other retailers
If you purchased an item from Amazon, Chewy.com, or another pet store, you'll need to contact the original seller to handle any return requests. They have their own way of handling these things and will be in the best position to help.
